How do I book?
Easy: fill out the booking form with your dates and details and click "Request booking". We'll receive your request and contact you to confirm availability, price and next steps.
Is the apartment beachfront?
Yes. It's located in Playa Hemingway, with the beach right out front and access to the complex's amenities.
How many people can stay?
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms, with capacity for up to 8 guests.
What amenities does the complex include?
Beachfront, 3 pools, multiple restaurants, a 24h gym, tennis, paddle and basketball courts, a clubhouse, equipped kitchen, WiFi, free parking and 24-hour security with controlled access.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 1 night.
What is the cancellation policy?
Flexible cancellation: full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in. For any special case, message us and we'll work it out.
Are pets allowed?
No. La Casa de Tita is not pet friendly, for the comfort of all guests.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM (flexible times). If you need a different time, message us and we'll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking within the gated complex, with 24-hour controlled access.
Is it a safe place?
Yes. Club Hemingway has 24-hour security, surveillance cameras and controlled access, in one of the most organized areas of Juan Dolio.
Can I have visitors?
Access is for registered guests. If you're expecting visitors, please coordinate with us in advance so we can arrange access with the complex's security.
What are the house rules?
No parties or events, no smoking inside the apartment, and please respect the neighbors' rest. The apartment does not allow pets.
Is it near Santo Domingo and the airport?
Yes. Juan Dolio is about 30 minutes from Las Américas Airport (SDQ), ~45 minutes from La Romana Airport (LRM) and about 45 minutes from Santo Domingo.
